How long can we keep the food for?
- Our food can be kept fresh in the freezer for up to 1 month.
How far in advance do I have to place an order?
- Cut off time for Tuesdays to Saturdays delivery: 5pm the previous day
- Cut off time for Sunday to Monday delivery: Saturday 12pm

What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayNow and GrabPay.

Is there a minimum order to opt for shipping?
- There is no minimum order. Our shipping fees will be $30 for orders below $100, $20 for orders between $100 and $200 and free shipping for orders above $200.
Do we do same day delivery?
Yes we do, for orders at least 5 hours in advance, at an additional surcharge of $55 per order. Not available for orders made on Saturdays after 12pm and Sundays.
Can we request for Specific Time Slot Delivery?
Yes you can. You can opt for half-hour delivery time slots (etc 530pm-6pm). In that case there would be a surcharge of $35.
Can we change some of the food in the packages?
Yes, as long as it is of the same value or lower. Do check the ala-carte section for rates of the individual items. Do put in the comments what you are looking to change.
Do you provide chef service?
Yes we do, it is at a charge of 70sgd per hour, with a minimum of 2 hours per BBQ. Whatsapp us to enquire.
Does your chef cook other food?
Unfortunately no, as our chef is specially trained in only cooking our food. If you require a chef to do so, we would outsource a different chef which would be charged at 100sgd per hour instead. Whatsapp us to enquire.
Do you provide portable BBQ pits?
Yes we do, it is charged at 200sgd to buy, and 40sgd per hour to rent. If you are looking to rent it has to be done with the Chef Service. Whatsapp us to enquire.
